Business Service Agreement Policy
Service(s) Agreement Summary:
Section 1 - Parties: You are hereby entered into a business contract with Marketing B.O.N.U.S (Also known as Marketing B.O.N.U.S Club). This service agreement (hereinafter referred to as, "Agreement") entered into by Marketing B.O.N.U.S (hereinafter referred to as Marketing B.O.N.U.S Club) are effective as of the day you sign the service agreement contract. This agreement extends beyond our membership disclosure and is for services requiring direct referral(s) or support provided by the club. This service agreement is rendered, performed and provided by the club for direct referrals and or direct business provided to you and or your business entity(s) from Marketing B.O.N.U.S. You further understand that each concurrent referral to your business because of affiliation with Marketing B.O.N.U.S is a feature and benefit of our service which serves to acknowledge the members and team members that are part of our club and those seeking to utilize the club for our business connections and contacts. Contrary through our service agreement, your business will owe Marketing B.O.N.U.S a percentage or dollar amount earned and outlined in our Business Service Agreement contract/acknowledgement form of which will be signed by both parties. This service agreement is a benefit to you and your organization and is designed to strengthen relationships, grow new business opportunities and serve existing business partners/professionals through productive and continued networking and marketing efforts provided by Marketing B.O.N.U.S.
It is our request that all parties doing business with Marketing B.O.N.U.S abide by the policies and procedures set forth by our company standards of practice and outlined in this service policy agreement. You furthermore take responsibility for all services provided by your business and will not seek damages or monies relating to any unlawful or dishonored conduct based upon your negligence to abide by our policy and or procedures. Failure to obtain any needed and necessary business documentation and or contracts is not the responsibility of Marketing B.O.N.U.S and could result in termination of this contract and your affiliation with the club. You further understand that your business conduct outside of our service agreement or network will not be the responsibility of Marketing B.O.N.U.S. It is recommended that you do not engage in any business practice and or conduct involving money or investment opportunity with non verified businesses and or our business contacts without a written consent or verifiable measures by the club. Our professional conduct only allows us to make “arrangements” on your behalf and we will not be subject to any unlawful or illegal business practices of any kind. If such unlawful and or unethical practices should occur, and you or your organization will be subject to further investigation by the club’s legal department which may include legal action against you and or your company for false representation. If the club is subpoena by a legal jurisdiction to provide certain records or written information in conjunction with our contract agreement with you; our operations office reserves the right to provide the legal authorities with the said information requested without notice.
Event Sponsor/Investor Agreement Summary:
Section 2: there are 3 ways to legitimize this "Business Service" agreement with Marketing B.O.N.U.S. Obtain a Membership, become a Sponsor and or Event Investor. Paid annual dues, donations, investor service and or sponsorship dollars are required in order to be considered as an opportune investment partner(s). Contracts are also a requirement for additional marketing services, investment and or capital sponsorship opportunity for event planning and coordination. Members engaging in either sponsorship or investment and also in our club membership must abide by both policies and procedures which include but not limited to our membership disclosure and our service agreement policy. Sponsors and Investor(s) providing capital dollars for sponsorship, donations and or event services to the club must provide and exchange a 1099 form (tax identification) with our corporation and submit or complete a contract with our club corporation. Furnished and provided by the club and or our business connection(s) of whom we are entering into an agreement with. Furthermore, information related to capital dollars through event services, donation(s) and or additional service contract(s) that our club has done in affiliation with helping your business to gain capital earnings, will also be shared with our members in our database and or on our website, advertising our accomplishment(s) for membership and or public viewing.
